New Features: Request Reviews & Contact Reviewers

March 10, 2011

Just this morning Courtroom Insight added two much-anticipated features to our expert witness, mediator and arbitrator directories.  Registered users may now contact reviewers for more information about a particular review.  When a Courtroom Insight user posts a review, she may elect to receive communication through our confidential email system.  The reviewer’s email address will never be revealed and if the review was submitted anonymously, the reviewer’s name will be hidden as well.  This new feature allows attorneys and experts to continue the discussion about a particular legal service provider off-line, if they so desire.

Additionally, expert witnesses, mediators and arbitrators may now request reviews of their performance.  It’s really simple!  From either the “My Account” page or the profile page, simply select the “Request Reviews” link and enter the recipient’s email address to send a quick note asking for a performance evaluation.  Reviews increase the prominence of a profile on Courtroom Insight and provide testimonials that potential clients will value.

We hope these new enhancements prove useful to our users.  Feel free to let us know what you think in the comments section.  We’re also really excited about a much bigger feature that will be released by the end of the month.  Just a hint, it involves a whole new directory…so stay tuned!
